Dr. Charles R. Tessier, IV. D.O
Medical Director
Dr. Charles R. Tessier IV. D.O – Medical Director of VibrantMe Wellness Clinic is licensed as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tessier is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has experience serving as medical director of a variety of organizations such as the Air Force, Nissan manufacturing, as well as private organizations. He also possesses extensive experience with supervisory and collaborative roles including Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and Health and Wellness clinics. He currently resides in Maryville, TN where he enjoys bike riding, hiking, and camping with his wife and two sons.

About Mikki Jacobs
Mikki Jacobs is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of VibrantMe Wellness Clinic. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2012 and is a certified aesthetic injector through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
With a background in internal medicine and primary care, Mikki brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care. Her current focus includes medical weight loss, IV therapy, aesthetic injectables, and longevity medicine, helping patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.
Mikki and her husband Dave have two children. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
April Davis

About April Davis
April Davis is a dedicated Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. She is a certified aesthetic injector through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for aesthetic medicine. Known for her precision and patient-centered care, April blends medical knowledge with an artistic eye to deliver natural-looking, confidence-boosting results tailored to each client.
April enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves catching live comedy shows or watching stand-up. She believes there’s nothing better than sharing laughs with the people she cares about.

About Laura Wood
Laura is a Licensed Practical Nurse and serves as our dedicated IV therapist. A graduate of South College, she earned the distinction of valedictorian, reflecting her commitment to excellence in patient care. Laura brings valuable clinical experience from her background in surgical nursing as well as allergy and asthma care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children.
